1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the pgsolt platform and its users. By using the pgsolt website, mobile version, or any related service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested to refrain from using this platform.

The pgsolt terms and conditions may change from time to time. In the event of any change, the updated version published on the website will apply. Users are advised to check this page regularly at their own responsibility.

In these terms, "we", "us", or "platform" refers to pgsolt, and "you" or "user" refers to any registered or unregistered user of pgsolt.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and play any game on pgsolt, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is approved only for those aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Registration Terms

At the time of registration, you must provide the following information accurately:

• Your full and correct name and date of birth.
• A valid and active email address.
• A valid mobile number and payment method details.
• A strong password that is not used anywhere else.

Each person may open only one account. If the same person or members of the same household operate multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

pgsolt reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

3 Account Security

Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• pgsolt will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• Remember to log out after accessing your account from a public computer or unsecured network.
• Allowing someone else to use your account or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

You will be held responsible for all activities carried out from your account, unless you can prove that a third party gained unauthorized access and that you had taken appropriate precautions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on pgsolt. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however identity verification may be mandatory for large amounts.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected if the following conditions are not met:

• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If the wagering requirement for a bonus has not been met.
• In the case of suspicious transactions.
• If evidence of transactions from multiple accounts is found.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. It is mandatory to use your own verified payment account for each withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on pgsolt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in wagers before withdrawing.

5.3 Additional Bonus Terms

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• The validity period of a bonus is 30 days from the date it is received. If wagering is not completed within this time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• pgsolt reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without notice.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the associated account will be closed.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play

pgsolt is committed to ensuring fair play. The outcome of all games is determined entirely at random and no party can predetermine a result. All games offered on our platform are operated by trusted game providers.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or disconnection, pgsolt will attempt to refund the wager amount for that game or resume the game from the last confirmed state. However, in the event of a complete server outage, pgsolt is not liable for any special compensation.

6.3 VIP Program

The pgsolt VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Tier changes are based on wagering volume and activity. Cashback is added to your balance at the end of each week.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pgsolt platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Taking advantage of bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
• Using automated software, bots, or any hacking tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity or by providing false information.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the game system or technology.
• Depositing funds into an account using a third party's money.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the associated account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed and the entire balance may be forfeited.

8 Account Closure

8.1 Closure at User Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, however any bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will be cancelled.

8.2 Closure at pgsolt's Discretion

pgsolt may close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a violation of these terms and conditions is found.
• If evidence of registration using false or incomplete information is found.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

The pgsolt platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Problems caused by faults in your device or software.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment processors.
• Unauthorized third-party access to an account — if the user did not take appropriate security precautions.
• Financial losses arising from game outcomes.

In any circumstance, pgsolt's liability will be limited to a maximum equal to the balance in your account. pgsolt bears no liability for indirect, incidental, or special damages.

If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. If any dispute arises regarding the interpretation of these terms, pgsolt's interpretation will be considered final.
